Launch of ‘Help for Heroes’ Appeal
Conservative Parliamentary candidate Andrew Griffiths joined regulars at The Waterfront at Barton Marina to launch the 'Help for Hereos' Appeal.
The Waterfront's chosen charity helps transform the lives of wounded service personnel. The venue and its customers have already raised £150.00 with a Free Big Band Concert on Barton Marina Promenade. Andrew said, "I am proud to support such a wonderfull charity. Our brave men and women are risking their lives in the most dangerous environment in the world, and it is only right that we offer them all the help and support possible in return." Andrew added, "It is great the the staff and customers at the Waterfront are being so patriotic and showing their thanks and support for our service men and women."
