Remembrance Day: Proud to Remember

Andrew Griffiths Prospective Conservative MP for Burton & Uttoxeter joined the Mayor of East Staffordshire Cedric Insley and  serving and ex Service men and women at this years Remembrance Day parade in Burton.

Andrew later joined British Legion members at the Bradley House Club in Uttoxeter.

Andrew said,

 "I was proud to lay a wreath on behalf of the local Conservatives and to remember all those who laid down their lives so that we can enjoy the freedoms we do today. The turn out at the service was very impressive, showing just how important people think the Act of Remembrance is - long my it continue as a reminder to us all of conflicts past and present."
